@weblogic ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descripto

SOlution:

ＤＢをstartupしていたが、psで見ると正しく立ち上がっていなかった。（ＮＷ
は正常）

Ｐｒｏｂｌｅｍ：

WebLogicでＤＢ接続すると出る
ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect
descriptor
